REGISTRO DE RESÚMENES

Estimados Participantes: se les solicita sigan las instrucciones para la preparación de resúmenes.

En su caso, se debe indicar si el resumen corresponde a un trabajo de investigación de nivel pre-grado (licenciatura), maestría o doctorado, o de categoría libre. Si no se hace ninguna indicación, se asumirá que es un trabajo de investigación de categoría libre.

Favor de asegurarse que el resumen sea preparado bajo el formato especificado; de lo contrario se les indicará que está incompleto y el mensaje-archivo se eliminará de nuestros registros.

BAJO NINGUNA CIRCUNSTANCIA SE ACEPTARÁN SEGUNDAS VERSIONES, NI EL AGREGAR O QUITAR COAUTORES UNA VEZ QUE SE HAYA RECIBIDO EL RESUMEN, POR LO QUE SE SUGIERE A LOS AUTORES ASEGURARSE DEL CONTENIDO DE SU RESUMEN ANTES DE ENVIARLO.

  • Solo se podrán realizar dos presentaciones por participante.
  • Solo se podrá ser autor principal en dos resúmenes.
  • Se entregarán constancias solamente a los autores asignados (las personas subrayadas en el resumen), siempre y cuando se haya realizado la presentación.

La fecha límite para la recepción de resúmenes es Marzo 20, 2007 y esta fecha es definitiva. No habrá extensiones ni se harán excepciones . Solo se recibirán los resúmenes mediante correo electrónico. Favor de enviar su resumen al Dr. Mario A. Rocha-Pena (mrocha@fcb.uanl.mx o rocha.mario@inifap.gob.mx) o al Dr. Guillermo Fuentes-Dávila (guillermofuentes_davila@hotmail.com; fuentes.guillermo@inifap.gob.mx ) .

E l 4 de Abril, 2007, e l comité organizador le enviará acuse de recibo e indicará si su resumen ha sido seleccionado para presentación oral o tipo cartel ( afiche , poster).

Se debe cubrir la cuota de registro (inscripción) al congreso antes del 10 de Abril, 2007; de lo contrario, el resumen no aparecerá en las memorias. El comprobante de depósito correspondiente se deberá enviar antes de la fecha indicada a la Tesorería de la Sociedad Mexicana de Fitopatología vía fax {envíos dentro de México: 01 (33)-37724460; envíos fuera de México: 52 (33)-37724460} o mediante correo electrónico (smfito@hotmail.com; fitopatologia@prodigy.net.mx).

Para las presentaciones orales, se dispondrá solamente de in focus (canón).

Para presentaciones tipo poster (afiches, cartel) se asignará un espacio de 120 cm x 90 cm (vertical)

 

Instrucciones para la preparación de resúmenes

Estimado Participante: para que tu resumen pueda ser aceptado y procesado en forma rápida, te agradeceremos pongas atención a las siguientes indicaciones:

  • Los resúmenes constarán de un máximo de 300 palabras (incluye título, nombres y direcciones) escritas a espacio simple, en letra Times New Roman, tamano 10, en Word de Microsoft u otro compatible con el mismo. Todo justificado.
  • Título del Trabajo en Letras Mayúsculas y en Negritas, en Espanol o Inglés Según Sea el Caso (y su Traducción en Paréntesis, Letra Normal, Mayúsculas y Minúsculas). Indicar el nombre completo de los autores y sus direcciones. En caso de dos apellidos, unir éstos con un-guión. Subrayar el nombre del autor que presentará el trabajo.
  • Dejar un espacio libre.
  • Escribir el resumen. Exponer el objetivo preciso del trabajo, describir brevemente la metodología utilizada y luego los resultados y conclusiones. No escriba subtítulos (por ejemplo: INTRODUCCION, etc.), ni referencias bibliográficas.
Favor de dar respuesta inmediata a cualquier comunicación que reciba del Comité Organizador en relación a su resumen.

 

REGISTER ABSTRACTS

Dear participants, please follow the instructions for abstract preparation.

It should be indicated whether the abstract presented originated from undergraduate, graduate (Master or Ph.D.) or professional research.

Please make sure that you follow the format specified, otherwise, you will be informed that your abstract is incomplete and the corresponding file will be deleted from our data base.

PLEASE BE SURE THAT YOUR ABSTRACT IS COMPLETE BEFORE SUBMISSION. FOR NO REASON SECOND VERSIONS, NOR MODIFICATION IN THE AUTHORSHIOP WILL BE ACCEPTED.

The deadline for abstract submission is March 20, 2007. Please send your abstract to Dr. Mario Alberto Rocha-Pena ( mrocha@fcb.uanl.mx or rocha.mario@inifap.gob.mx ) or to Dr. Guillermo Fuentes-Davila ( guillermofuentes_davila@hotmail.com ; fuentes.guillermo@inifap.gob.mx).

The organizing committee by April 4th, 2007, will acknowledge receipt of your abstract and let you know whether your abstract was selected for oral or poster presentation.

Registration fees must be paid for before April 10, 2007 in order to have the abstract published in the proceedings. Copy of the bank transfer should be sent to the SMF treasurer via fax (- - 52-33-37724460) or e-mail ( smfito@hotmail.com ; fitopatologia@prodigy.net.mx ) before the deadline.

  • Participants will be able to make a maximum of two presentations.
  • Participants may be main authors in only two abstracts.
  • Certificates of work presentations will be granted only to assigned authors (individuals underlined in the abstract), as long as the presentation took place.
  • For oral presentations, there will be only in focus available.
  • For poster presentations a space of 120 cm x 90 cm (vertical) cm will be provided

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ABSTRACT PREPARATION

  • The abstract will have a maximum of 300 words (including title, author's names, and addressess), single space, letter Times New Roman, size 10, in Microsoft Word or compatible. All justified.
  • The Title in Uppercase bold letters, English or Spanish, and its translation in parenthesis (Normal, Upper and Lowercase Letters). Authors' names and addresses. For spanish names when two family names are used, these must be hyphenated. Underline the name of the speaker .
  • Leave a blank line.
  • Type de abstract. Indicate clearly the objective and describe briefly the methodology, results and conclusions. Do not write subheadings, like INTRODUCTION, etc.), and do not include bibliography.
